Pick up
Pick up hours at Hume Transport Depot (463 Panmure Street South Albury) between 9am - 4pm daily.
Bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.
Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be available to collect on Monday after 9am.
30- day return/refund policy.
Returns will be accepted 30 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of payment.
To start a return, please email merchandise@humetransport.com.au with all your details. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent back without a request first will not be accepted.
